Each resident signs their own lease for their assigned bedroom. You are only responsible for your own rent, not your roommates'. Common areas are shared by all residents.

What are rental installments? Why is my rent not prorated?

Rental installments are equal payments made throughout the lease term. They are not prorated because the total lease amount is divided into equal installments over the lease term.

What should I bring to my new apartment?

Your apartment comes furnished. We recommend bringing bedding, pillows, towels, toiletries, shower curtain and hooks, cookware, dishes, utensils, cleaning supplies, laundry supplies, electronics, and personal décor.

How do I qualify for the lease?

Applicants can qualify by meeting the property's screening requirements or by using a qualified guarantor. Contact the leasing office for current qualification options.

How do I pay my rent and when is it due?

Rent is due on the first of each month and can be paid online through the resident portal using ACH, debit card, or credit card, or by check or money order in the leasing office. Cash is not accepted.

What if I need something repaired in my apartment?

Accepted Answer

Submit a maintenance request through the resident portal, contact the leasing office, or stop by during business hours. Emergency maintenance is available 24/7.

What would we recommend bringing?

Accepted Answer

Bring your personal belongings, bedding, bath items, kitchen essentials, school supplies, and electronics to make your apartment feel like home.

Additional items are welcome, including small kitchen appliances, cleaning and laundry supplies, mini refrigerators (without a separate freezer), decorations, and additional furniture with staff approval. Coordinate shared items with your roommates before moving in.
